Introducing the CPU Ambassadors Program!

Following the success of our first Ambassadors program in the summer of 2021, the CPU is excited to introduce our second, improved and expanded Ambassadors program for summer 2022! The CPU Ambassadors Program is intended for motivated students who believe in the CPU's mission and want to get involved in a Columbia organization before they arrive on campus. Ambassadors will be official representatives of CPU, and will have the chance to work on one of 7 currently existing CPU initiatives, or to create their own initiative, to be implemented once students arrive to campus in the fall. Ambassadors can also choose to  be matched with a current CPU member as part of our informal mentorship program. For complete program information, see the PDF below. CPU will be hosting an information session on Zoom on July 1st, 2022, at 8:00pm ET. Our application is currently open, and will close at midnight on July 8th. The program will begin on July 18th, and will consist of 2-3 weekly meetings and social events. Note that the Ambassadors program is part-time and not an extensive commitment. Students will be notified of their acceptance by July 12th.
